Responsibility for product use

You hereby take full responsibility for the use of your QuitCig product.

QuitCig cartridges contain nicotine, propylene glycol, glycerol, water and edible flavouring. If you are taking medication or suffer from any medical conditions you should consult a doctor before using QuitCig products. In rare cases, ingredients may cause sensitivity, please do not use QuitCig products if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed.

QuitCig products may contain nicotine which is an addictive, habit forming substance and is a stimulant. QuitCig products may contain small pieces that can pose a potential choking risk.

All QuitCig products should be kept out of reach of children and animals as nicotine consumption can be fatal. Components can become hot if used excessively, are left in an open environment or if misused. QuitCig shall not be responsible for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or indirect), harm, personal injury, medical condition, allergic reaction or expense of any nature whatsoever suffered by you or any third party as a result of using our products.

QuitCig products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease. Electronic cigarettes are an alternative to smoking and are not sold as a cessation method.

By submitting material, images and communications to QuitCig.in, you confirm that you grant license for QuitCig to reproduce, translate, distribute and publish it for existing and future commercial purposes. You must not submit any content that is illegal, unlawful or infringes on a third parties’ legal rights.

Breaches of terms and conditions

If you breach our terms and conditions in any way, we have the right to take action as deemed appropriate and may at any time deny access to our website and/or bring legal action against you. QuitCig may terminate your account at any time if we believe you are partaking in fraudulent or illegal activity.

QuitCig has the right to change, modify or revise any aspect or feature of our website at any time without prior notification. By using our website you agree to be bound by any changes, modifications and revisions.

Shipping policy

Delivery Locations

QuitCig India delivers to all destinations within India (subject to legal restrictions in the respective state in question).

Currently QuitCig India does not deliver to International destinations.
However, you will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, and if the delivery address is in India.


If the order is placed before 12pm, the order will be dispatched on the same working day.

Any orders placed subsequent to 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Shipping methods

QuitCig sometimes splits your orders into multiple shipments to avoid delays. All multiple shipments are shipped using the same shipping method you have selected during checkout.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will be advised beforehand by e-mail.

Stock availability

Delivery is subject to availability of products in question.

You will notice the following types of tags on each product:

  • In stock = potentially the product is in stock and is available for dispatch
  • Out of stock = the product is currently out of stock
  • Pre-order = the product is currently out of stock, however, upon pre-order can be made available within 2-3 weeks.


Although QuitCig endeavours to display accurate information regarding the stock availability there may be occasions when QuitCig confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, QuitCig will contact the customer and advise a likely date the product/s can be made available, offer to exchange the product if possible or cancel the order and refund purchase price in full.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. QuitCig cannot guarantee changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped but will endeavor to amend any requests. QuitCig cannot be made responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping costs on all orders placed online is Rs. 100/-
  • For COD orders placed online there is an extra charge of Rs. 75/- in addition to the standard shipping cost
  • Alternatively, you are welcome to come to our office in Okhla, New Delhi and collect the products in which case the shipping charges will be waived.


Estimated Delivery Time

Products are dispatched from New Delhi, India, via our preferred courier partners (Aramex, Ecom Express, Trackon, Overnite Express, Scudex and Professional) with tracked services.

Once your item has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking details via e-mail so you can track your order.

The courier partner QuitCig chooses for a particular order depends on various factors such as the location and serviceability of the destination etc. QuitCig endeavors to choose the best courier partner in the respective situation taking into account all these factors.

Items sent via our preferred courier partners tracked services are delivered usually within 3-5 working days where standard courier service is available.

However, please note that remote locations may take longer For locations which are not supported by our courier partners / non serviceable pin codes, our customer care dept. will establish contact with you and shall confirm with you that orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. In case of major holidays such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas etc please allow extra delivery time.

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond QuitCig control once it leaves our facilities, QuitCig cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Express delivery

Express delivery may be available in selected locations at additional costs. Upgrade costs vary by products ordered and shipping destination.

COD not available

Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partners servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available for your location or you may contact our customer care dept. for more information.

Unable to deliver to certain location

Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location


Delivery exceptions:

If any courier partner is unable to deliver your product due to no one at home, it is your responsibility to arrange for redelivery of the item. Please contact QuitCig customer care and the team will assist in coordinating with courier partner on your behalf to ensure smooth delivery.

All orders reported as “delivered” by courier partner are considered delivered. QuitCig cannot be made liable of non-delivery and will not replace any goods reported as not received.


Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur QuitCig.in cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat and not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Given the popularity and/ or supply constraints of some of our products, QuitCig may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. QuitCig reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order.


Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.


Discounted or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made.

Product Descriptions

While we try in good faith to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable or error free. From time to time there may be information on QuitCig that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. 
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Warranties and Returns

All QuitCig products are manufactured to the highest standards and conform to safety laws and regulations.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

QuitCig guarantees safe delivery of your orders. In the rare event that a product is DOA, please contact us immediately and return the item within 7 days of receiving the product including all parts in its original packaging. Any requests made after this time will be denied and cannot be entertained by QuitCig.

Upon receiving the products, QuitCig technical department will inspect the products and establish the cause of the fault.

If the products are found to be DOA:

  • QuitCig will replace the product (if available, or will advise when the product can be made available)
  • Return costs will be reimbursed


If the products are not found to be DOA:

  • QuitCig will send the products back to the customer
  • Return costs will not be reimbursed
  • Any products returned found not to be defective and found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense.



In the event of any faults, QuitCig products are warranted as follows:

  • Eliquids / Coils / Tanks - these are consumable items and are not subject to replacement or refund once opened and not covered by warranty.
  • Batteries – within 60 days of purchase
  • Chargers – within 60 days of purchase


In the event of any faults, 3rd party products are warranted as follows:

3rd party products are not covered by warranty. However, customers may still send defective items back to QuitCig. QuitCig passes those items back to their manufacturers and helps coordinating the repair if possible. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. QuitCig will contact customers before committing the repairs.

Any faulty items covered by warranty must be reported to info@QuitCig.in within the warranty period, and must be returned to QuitCig International Pvt. Ltd, T1, Okhla, Phase II, New Delhi – 110020 within 7 days of being reported.
Any items not returned within the time periods stated will result in the warranty being void and will be ineligible for support, replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.

Only genuine QuitCig products will be eligible for support, replacement or refund. Items damaged through misuse or through use with incompatible parts will be exempt from warranty.

We recommend that you fully insure your package while you are returning and use a carrier that can provide you proof of delivery. QuitCig will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


To return a product, which meets the requirements listed above, contact us via e-mail at info@QuitCig.in, explaining the issue and our customer care department will assist you to initiate a return and resolve the matter.

Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

In the event that a refund is accepted, please note that it may take 8-10 days for you to receive the payment into your account as per banking procedures.
